SCPS offers five unique High School Magnet Programs:

Academy of Health Careers at Seminole High School.               IB and Seminole High School.

 

Crooms Academy of Information Technology.

 

Academy of Engineering at Lyman High School.               IB and Winter Springs High School.

 

Students applying for the IB Program zoned for Lake Brantley, Lake Mary, Lyman, & Seminole High Schools may only apply for Seminole High School. Students applying for the IB Program zoned for Hagerty, Lake Howell, Oviedo, & Winter Springs High Schools may only apply for Winter Springs High School.

Placement in a Magnet Program will OVERRIDE a Program of Emphasis application and result in the Program of Emphasis application being withdrawn.
