Title IX, Part A - Education of Homeless Children and Youth Project

Title IX, Part A funds, managed by the Exceptional Student Support Services department, support the Seminole County Public Schools "Families in Need" (FIN) program. FIN ensures that identified homeless students, and students in foster care, have access to a free and appropriate public education by removing educational barriers which are due to homelessness, poverty and/or abuse. Access to resources and additional supports are provided to students to assist them in meeting challenging academic achievement standards.
