Strenthening Career and Technical Education for the 21^st Century Act – Perkins V

Perkins V took effect on July 1, 2019. The Act amends the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006 (Perkins IV) and reauthorizes Perkins for six years. The purpose of the program is to more fully develop the academic, career, and technical skills of secondary education students who elect to enroll in career and technical education programs. Perkins V is managed by the ePathways department.
