In the spirit of cooperation, the School Board of Seminole County and the Seminole Educational Clerical Association, Inc. and the Non-Instructional Personnel of Seminole County Board of Public Instruction Association, Inc. are pleased to announce that the parties have tentatively agreed to contract language and compensation.

• All current SECA and NIPSCO employees will receive a $1.00 per hour raise that will be retroactive to July 1, 2021.
  
  SECA employees percentage increase will range from 2.65% to 8.70%
  
  NIPSCO employees percentage increase will range from 3.19% to 9.20%
   
• All current SECA and NIPSCO employees will receive a one-time supplement based on the following years of experience:

The School Board, the Seminole Educational Clerical Association, Inc. and the Non-Instructional Personnel of Seminole County Board of Public Instruction Association, Inc. extend their appreciation to those who made contributions to a positive and productive bargaining process and look forward to the continuing partnership as we build upon the excellence of Seminole County Public Schools (SCPS).
