SCPS Student Support Services Department to Host Annual Transition Fall Festival

Sanford, FL: Seminole County Public Schools (SCPS) Student Support Services (SSS) will host their annual Transition Fall Festival, Saturday, December 3rd at Lake Brantley High School located at 991 Sand Lake Rd, Altamonte Springs, FL 32714. This event is scheduled to run from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
Representatives from recreational and vocational programs, health & wellness, family support services, area colleges, job training programs and other community agencies will be in attendance to provide valuable information to K-12th grade families of students with disabilities that have an IEP or Section 504 Plan to assist them in planning for the future.
Breakout Sessions with detailed information on the following topics will be featured:
- Project 10 Transition Education Network
- Guardianship-Davey Law Group
- Vocational Rehabilitation (VR)
- Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD)
