COLLECTIVE BARGAINING TENTATIVE AGREEMENT REACHED
Joint Statement between the School Board of Seminole County and Seminole Educational Clerical Association (SECA), and Non-Instructional Personnel of Seminole County Board of Public Instruction Association (NIPSCO)

In the spirit of cooperation, the School Board of Seminole County and the Seminole Educational Clerical Association, Inc. and Non-Instructional Personnel of Seminole County Board of Public Instruction Association, Inc. are pleased to announce that the parties have tentatively agreed to contract language and compensation.
- Current employees returning for the 2026-27 school year will receive a 2.5% increase to their hourly rate.
- Employees that were hired on or after July 1, 2026, will remain on their current pay.
- NIPSCO Career Ladder supplements will increase by $100.00
- SECA supplements in the following areas will be increased by $100.00
- SED Assistant, SED Assistant Supervising Opportunity Lab, ESE Para, Jet Coach, VPK Lead Instructor, Assistant Care Giver
- SECA catheterization supplement increased by $40.00
- New SECA supplement for Non-ESE paraprofessionals of $200.00
