Summer Testing & Registration

SCPS - SUMMER TEST ADMINISTRATION

Seminole County Public Schools (SCPS) will offer the FAST G10 ELA-Reading Retake, B.E.S.T. Algebra 1 EOC, B.E.S.T. Geometry EOC, NGSSS Biology 1 EOC, and Grade 11 NGSSS US History EOC during the Summer 2024 test administration window, July 16-17, 2025.

SCPS STUDENTS' ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM

Test Administration Dates

  • Tuesday, July 15:  End-of-Course (EOC) Assessments (Algebra 1, Geometry, Biology 1, and G11 U.S. History)
  • Wednesday, July 16:  Grade 10 ELA-Reading Retake

Testing Locations

  • High Schools:  Hagerty, Lake Brantley, Lake Howell, Lake Mary, Lyman, Oviedo, Seminole, and Winter Springs

SCPS Students to be Tested

  • Students enrolled in G10 ELA-Reading, Algebra 1, Geometry, Biology 1, and Grade 11 US History and did not participate in Spring 2024 testing prior to the end of the school year.
  • Students who earned a level 1 or level 2 on the FAST G10 ELA-Reading or B.E.S.T. Algebra 1 EOC.
  • Students who are rising juniors or seniors who have not met their G10 ELA-Reading or Algebra 1 high school graduation requirement.
  •  Students who are retaking an EOC-related course in PLATO in summer school.
  • Seminole County Virtual School (SCVS) students who did not participate in Spring 2024 testing because they had less than 70% course completion.

HOME ED/PEP/PRIVATE SCHOOLS - SUMMER TEST ADMINISTRATION

In accordance with Florida Department of Education requirements, Seminole County Public Schools (SCPS) will once again provide private school students who plan to enter public schools at some point in their educational career the opportunity to participate in Florida End-of-Course Assessments. SCPS will provide this service to private school students during the summer test administration window, July 16-17, 2025.

HOME ED/PEP/PRIVATE SCHOOL REGISTRATION INFORMATION

In order to take advantage of this opportunity, home education, PEP, and private school students will need to complete an online registration form which will be available from April 7-June 13, 2025. There will be no late registrations available for these assessments.
